I hereby release, discharge, and agree to save Fun 4U Photography, its successors, officers, directors, employees, associates and agents from any liability in connection with the retention, publication or disposal of any photograph or information pertaining to me.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished products and reproduced or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied of the sale.
The photographs and any copyright are the property of Fun 4U Photography. I understand that the photographs may be donated or sold to another party for any purpose and I waive all rights to any proceeds or acknowledgements.
I hereby represent that I am over the age of 18 years and I have read this authorisation and release prior to its execution. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
