Wedding agreement between the bride and groom and Fun 4U Photography

Please sign this page and initial the preceding pages, then return with the deposit amount of  £___________________________  made out to “Fun 4U Photography" and sent to "PO Box 400, Patchway, Bristol, BS34 5WX.

Alternatively Pay by bank transfer to Fun 4U Photography. Bank details upon request. Please use the names of the bride and groom and the date of your wedding as a reference.

Terms and conditions of the contract:

1) This contract is between Fun 4U Photography (hereinafter known as the Photographer) and the couple (hereinafter known as the client(s).

2) The Photographer agrees to be in attendance on the date shown and to provide the Couple with the photographic package as indicated below:
