When you have established that we are available to attend your event, you may wish to complete our Wedding and Civil Ceremonies Questionnaire. Fun 4U Photography aims to provide a full and thorough service to capture all those wonderful moments that make your day so special. The more information you are able to give us, the more of a personal service we can provide, so the more information you provide, the better the service. We have provided this form for you to give us as much information as you choose to enable us to give you our great wedding photography service.
All the information on this form is optional and taken as provisional, but the questions have been provided for your convenience. We will require your contact information. By completing this form you are not committed to using our services and we have not committed to attend. Once we receive this form, we will contact you.
The commitment takes place only after we have talked to you and established your exact requirements. Once we accept the commission to take your photographs we will take a non returnable deposit from you and provide you with a booking confirmation slip. At this point we will have contracted.
Should you cancel for any reason, prior to 6 full weeks before the agreed event date we can return a percentage of the deposit. Cancellations within 6 weeks of the agreed event date means you will forfeit the full deposit. However, we can arrange a discount on a new date if we are available, should you wish.
